• Speaking to someone experiencing a personal crisis

• Steps to de-escalate a situation

• When to reach out to authorities / hospital for help

• Establishing procedures, documentation, & training for your Church

The session will be led by Kim Davidson, LCSW- Social Work Educator, Trainer, and Consultant, and is appropriate for church ushers, lay leadership, clergy, and parishioners who frequently interact with those suffering from homelessness, mental health disorders, or substance abuse.
